This website is operated by SCIENTIFIQUE ANALYTICS GROUP (PTY) LTD, trading as Scientifique Analytics, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through the enquiry form, including your name, work email, organisation, business challenge, privacy consent and, where supplied, industry and engagement timing. We also capture the submission time, source page and limited campaign or referral information needed to understand the enquiry source.
3. How we use information
Information is used to evaluate and respond to enquiries, manage potential consulting relationships, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information or send form-message contents to analytics platforms.
4. Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics integrations are disabled by default. If activated, the site will use an appropriate consent mechanism and this policy will identify the provider, data collected and retention period.
5. Sharing and processing
The website is hosted by AWS Amplify. Enquiries sent through the default form route are processed by FormSubmit for delivery to our Google-hosted business mailbox. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained in its archive for 30 days. These providers may process data outside South Africa under their applicable safeguards and terms.
6. Retention and security
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and protected with proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. Form submissions use HTTPS in transit and are not stored in the public website repository.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. South African visitors may also have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
